This is the conclusion the German “Auto Bild” magazine drew about the SEAT Leon FR 2.0 TDI. The temperamental racer was named winner of a driving test comparing pure driving enjoyment amongst a wide range of models that have one thing in common: an average fuel consumption of 6l per 100 km. The extensive test carried out by the high profile magazine in June 2009 compared the 14 candidates on a total of 10 aspects, including performance, roadhandling, gearboxes,lap time, sound, temperament and character, fuel consumption and price. Ranking the SEAT Leon in top position – followed by the BMW 330d and Mini Cooper in second and third place.
