The SEAT Leon Ecomotive – available for the Reference and Style versions – had to have it all: an eco-friendly nature with the road-punishing performance the SEAT Leon is known for. So we tweaked. We improved the SEAT Leon's electronic management system.We added a gearshift indicator that tells you the optimal shift time to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. We added a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to trap soot particles. But it wasn't good enough. So we tweaked some more. We made the SEAT Leon Ecomotive lighter on its feet. We used special low resistance tyres to improve aerodynamics.What remained was a car with one of the most efficient and innovative engines in the SEAT range: the 105 HP, 1.6 TDI. With a torque of 250 Nm at 1500-2500 rpm, the SEAT Leon Ecomotive can take you from 0-100 in only 11.3 seconds – and travel 100 km on a paltry 3.8 litres of fuel. A shapely, slimmed down Seat Leon that’s large on performance with CO2 emissions of just 99 g/km: proof that sporty and green can exist in one.Clean conscience without compromise.
