"The ability to create value, to explore and invest in new management methods, creativity and an international and global approach are traits that characterise the work of de Meo and that well embody our common values. Values that harmonise with the vision, the profound expertise of the different aspects of the market and with the tools best suited to navigate it -together with the constant desire to innovate," comments Riccardo Monti. "With the appointment at the helm of SEAT, which came in November 2015, Luca crowned a successful career path that led him not only to mature a profound knowledge of the automotive industry but also to hold many prestigious appointments in companies such as Renault, Toyota and Fiat, and then Volkswagen and Audi. With de Meo at the helm, SEAT returned to profit after 10 years and not by chance, but with a paradigm shift that is also confirmed in this 2017 and which is undoubtedly enhanced by the passion and stimuli that Luca manages to convey."
