For SEAT, Compliance means respecting the legislation, the internal guidelines of the company and the voluntary commitments assumed by it, its executive bodies and its employees.

The purpose of Compliance is to promote within the Company the effective implementation of good governance to achieve greater business transparency, greater operational efficiency and sustainable business development committed to respecting ethical values and legal requirements.

So, SEAT advocates  for a respectful and honest behavior that helps to comply with the norms, principles and values set forth in its Code of Conduct.
