2025 was a year of challenges and opportunities at SEAT & CUPRA.

We achieved record-breaking sales, with CUPRA delivering its one millionth car and expanding its global footprint, became CO2 compliant and strengthened our impact on the industry and beyond.

We are now entering the final stretch of our transformation journey and are ready to lead the future of mobility. However, this transformation comes at a price which, together with some one-time exceptional effects, has impacted our results. But we have a clear plan to build sustainable growth for our company.

In the short term and though our Performance Program, we will focus on improving margin quality and implementing a strict cost-control by maximising revenue, minimising direct, product and fixed costs and controlling investment and development expenditure. In the long term, we are working on our corporate strategy with the objective of achieving a 6% return on sales by 2030.

2026 will be crucial to reach our purpose. The arrival of the CUPRA Raval marks the beginning of a new era for our company, for the Volkswagen Group and for the automotive industry. The Raval is an absolute game changer and the cornerstone of our transformation: the first EV to be produced in Martorell and first model of the Electric Urban Car Family project we are leading for the Brand Group Core to make electromobility accessible in Europe.

After 75 years, we continue to demonstrate our commitment investing in talent, technology and innovation to strengthen Europe's industrial and economic competitiveness, while making Spain a hub for electromobility by turning Martorell into a true automotive powerhouse.

Electrification is no longer the future: it is the present. Thanks to the joint commitment and effort of our talented team at SEAT & CUPRA and everyone at the Brand Group Core, we are already driving this new era.

Not just for SEAT & CUPRA, but for the industrial backbone of Spain and Europe.
