SYSTEM UPDATE OUN4/OUN9 SW 0306/0311 for IBIZA, ARONA, ATECA & TARRACO
This update is necessary in order to continue using your Online Connected Services after the shutdown of 2G/3G mobile network that will gradually occur in the following years, starting by the end of 2025 in some countries.
The availability of 2G/3G mobile networks is defined by the network operators of each country and may vary. If you do not perform this update, Online Connected Services will not be available after shutdown of 2G/3G.
The new version also includes several improvements related to:
System reboots
Minor system fixes and improvements
The estimated time of this update can be until 10 minutes.
Without this update, the described improvements will not be available, nor will it be possible to receive future online (“Over The Air” -OTA-) updates on your vehicle.
Update available for all vehicles (produced prior 2024)

SYSTEM UPDATE MOI3_EU_SE_0888 (OUN2) FOR SEAT IBIZA, ARONA, ATECA & TARRACO
This update is necessary in order to enable future “Over The Air” (OTA) updates. The new version also includes several improvements related to:
- System reboots
- Black screens
- Screen flickering
- System acoustic warnings
- Carplay/Android Auto stability
- Minor system fixes and improvements
Without this update, the described improvements will not be available, nor will it be possible to receive future OTA updates on your vehicle.
Rollout since: September 2025.**
SYSTEM UPDATE MOI3_EU_SE_R8830L (OUL2) FOR IBIZA, ARONA, ATECA AND TARRACO
This update includes several error corrections related to:
- Faults during system resets.
- Black screens.
- Loss of audio.
- Minor corrections and systems improvements.

SYSTEM UPDATE MOI3_EU_SE_8410L (OUH5) FOR IBIZA, ARONA, ATECA AND TARRACO
This update includes various bug fixes concerning:
- System reboots
- Instances of black screens
- Loss of audio system functionality
- Flickering in the HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
- Enhancements in the synchronisation between the vehicle's Connect App, ensuring accurate display of the vehicle's status.
- Several minor adjustments and improvements to the system.
Please note that this update is exclusively accessible for CUPRA ATECA vehicles.

This update encompasses various bug fixes including:
- Speaker functionality
- Emergency call functionality
- Synchronisation between the Vehicle and the Connect App, facilitating the accurate display of vehicle status

- Minor adjustments and enhancements to the system
This update is exclusively applicable to CUPRA ATECA vehicles.
Rollout since in June 2023.
